Cygnet Gin strengthens US team
By Miona MadsenWelsh brand Cygnet Gin has appointed Jada Capuano as its vice president for the US, along with Max Gettinger as the new US brand director.

The new appointments are part of the brand’s global expansion and coincide with Cygnet Gin’s US debut with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
Both Capuano and Gettinger started in their new positions on 14 October.
Capuano, the newly appointed US vice president of Cygnet Gin, brings more than 20 years of experience in driving transformative growth within the luxury spirits and retail sectors.
Before joining Cygnet, she served as the vice president of the south division at Edrington. In this role, Capuano held senior positions overseeing the Latin America, Caribbean, and travel retail markets, achieving success in revenue generation and market share across various channels.
She said: “I’m honoured to join Cygnet and am captivated by its female-founded vision, unparalleled elegance, and truly distinctive Welsh crafted gin that stands alone in the market. Working alongside such brilliant minds to elevate this luxurious brand and create unforgettable experiences for US consumers is an inspiring opportunity.”
The brand’s new US brand director, Gettinger, also brings more than two decades of experience to the team, with expertise in luxury marketing and brand building.
Specialising in creating impactful partnerships, scaling national programmes, and driving long-term value for premium brands, he joins Cygnet Gin’s new US team after driving growth for Edrington-owned The Macallan single malt Scotch.
He shared: “I’m thrilled to join the Cygnet team at such an exciting stage for the brand. Cygnet represents a new voice in the world of luxury gin, and I’m looking forward to helping shape its story in the US market.”
According to Vedran Milosevic, global managing director at Cygnet, the new appointments highlight the significance of the US market for the brand.
Milosevic explained: “Securing Jada and Max as we enter the US marks a pivotal moment in Cygnet’s international expansion. The US is a critical and highly valuable market, and the wealth of experience Jada and Max bring ensures we can introduce Cygnet to the region with the precision and impact our brand ethos deserves.
“With their experience, vision and tenacity, they will help drive our brand forward and cement Cygnet’s position within the global luxury spirits category.”
Cygnet Gin was launched in 2023 by classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE and her husband, social impact film director Andrew Levitas.
In 2025, the brand has expanded it team with multiple new hires as part of its global expansion, including the appointment of ex-Diageo executive Katie Potter-Jones as global marketing director.
