Chivas Regal marks Diwali with Gaurav Gupta
By Miona MadsenBlended Scotch whisky Chivas Regal has teamed up with Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta to launch two limited edition designs for Diwali and the festive season.

The collaboration features two limited edition designs for Chivas Regal XV 15-year-old and Chivas Regal 12-year-old.
Both limited editions showcase Gupta’s sculptural style. His work has previously graced iconic red carpets, including The Oscars, The Emmys, The Grammys, and the Cannes Film Festival, worn by cultural figures such as Beyoncé, Cardi B, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion, Maluma, Fan Bingbing, Aishwarya Rai, and Deepika Padukone.

The Chivas Regal XV x Gaurav Gupta Limited Edition features a bottle and presentation box designed with shimmering gold tones.
The design combines traditional Indian motifs with a modern twist.
The Chivas Regal 12 Years Old x Gaurav Gupta Limited Edition features a silver aesthetic, with a lighter and more ethereal design for the presentation box.
Gupta commented on the partnership: “Collaborating with Chivas Regal has been an incredible journey of creative synergy. These limited editions extend my design philosophy of transcending boundaries, blending Chivas Regal’s rich heritage with modern, artistic expression. I believe they will resonate deeply with fashion and whisky lovers.
“I have visualised three unique characters in both limited edition designs, each representing a value I see as key to infinite personal growth. The Winged Panther represents freedom, The Serpent is a symbol of infinite possibility, and Illumination represents the light of wisdom. My aim was to capture the liquid’s dynamism and infuse my ‘future primitive’ aesthetic, making each bottle a collectable piece of art.”
Starting on 16 October, the Chivas Regal XV x Gaurav Gupta will be exclusively available in global travel retail (GTR), while the Chivas Regal 12 Years Old x Gaurav Gupta can be found at select luxury retailers worldwide.
Last month, Chivas Regal launched its first clear spirit, Crystalgold, with a campaign featuring Formula One driver and global brand ambassador Charles Leclerc.
