The ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail is made with Brooklyn Gin, Charbay Vodka and Mancino Ambrato vermouth.

Watanabe said: “When I moved to New York, it was to chase the dream of becoming a bartender in the best cocktail city in the world. Along the way, I fell in love with Martinis – their simplicity, precision, and elegance.

“Creating a Martini that carries the New York name is a true honour. Our Vesper is crisp, bright, and refined – a toast to the city that inspires me every day.”

NYCC’s portfolio includes an Old Fashioned created by Please Don’t Tell’s Jeff Bell, and a range of Negronis made by Renato Tonelli.

The Vesper Martini retails for US$29.99 for a 375ml bottle. It is available to purchase from NYCC’s website and select wine and spirit retailers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California.

The serve will also be offered at various New York venues, including Dante, Martiny’s, Midnight Blue and Bazaar Bar at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

“At the NYCC, we are reimagining how people experience world-class cocktails,” added CEO Thiago Zanettini. “Our team is passionate about partnering with the best bartenders in New York to bring classic cocktails into people’s homes. Collaborating with Takuma Watanabe, whose deep expertise and personal passion for the Martini are unmatched, allowed us to create a ready-to-serve version that brings his craft beyond the bar.”
