Renais Gin expands UK footprint
By Miona MadsenGin brand Renais, co-founded by siblings Alex and Emma Watson, has secured several new listings across UK retailers and hospitality groups.

The new listings feature Evolv Group’s 20 restaurant locations in London, Manchester, and Birmingham, which will be serving Renais’ signature cocktails.
Starting on 1 October, the brand will also be available in more than 70 Côte Brasseries.
Additionally, Renais has secured a listing in 85 Fuller’s pubs nationwide, scheduled to begin at the end of October.
Paddy Gardiner, brand drinks manager of Côte Brasserie, commented: “ We are delighted to be working with the Renais team offering our customers a luxury, premium gin which has a strong French heritage but also strong British ties, something that resonates with our customers.
“We feel confident Renais will enhance our drinks menu and be an exciting new addition, particularly to those gin enthusiasts.”
Renais will also be available at the online grocer, Ocado, starting at the end of September. Additionally, Renais has secured a listing across all fifteen Amathus stores this quarter.
The retail expansion follows the brand’s recent listing in 25 Waitrose stores and on Waitrose Cellar, strengthening its growing footprint in premium retail.
Launched in 2023 by siblings Emma and Alex Watson, Renais Gin is sustainably distilled from French wine grapes from the family’s Domaine Watson vineyards in Chablis.
The gin is offered at 40% ABV and has an RRP of £48 (US$64) for a 700ml bottle.
Alex Watson, CEO of Renais Gin, said of the new listings: “We are delighted to secure these new listings this quarter, which marks an important milestone for the Renais brand as we continue to build awareness and gain market share across both retail and hospitality channels throughout the UK.
“Each new listing reflects the strength of our brand and demonstrates strong market performance in our mission to bring Renais to more people who love exceptional gin.”
Earlier this year, the brand raised £4.95 million (US$6.18m) to support international expansion and growth in the US.
