Casa Malka partners with Donna NYC
By Miona MadsenCasa Malka Tequila has teamed up with Donna Cocktail Club in New York City to create a Cadillac Margarita serve.

The Cadillac Margarita marks Casa Malka’s debut on Donna Cocktail Club’s menu.
The cocktail is made with Casa Malka’s reposado Tequila and features layered notes of vanilla, oak and toffee, balanced with bittersweet cacao, the heat of Ancho Reyes Chile, and tropical pineapple.
The cocktail said to celebrate tradition, creativity, and community.
Founded in 2012 by Leif Huckman and relaunched in 2023, Donna is said to be New York City’s first worker-owned cooperative cocktail bar.
The bar is now located at 7 Cornelia Street in the West Village.
It has become a popular destination for Latin-inspired cocktails and community engagement. Donna’s diverse worker-owners, hailing from Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and El Salvador, shape its identity as a hub for culture and hospitality.
“Donna has always celebrated agave and Latin-inspired cocktails, showing just how fun and vibrant these spirits are,” said Jeff Diego, co-founder of Casa Malka. “Seeing Casa Malka on their menu feels like a perfect way to honour tradition while inviting more people to enjoy the experience.”
In May, the brand’s blanco Tequila was featured on Nobu NYC’s cocktail menu as the base for an Apricot Hikari.
Earlier this month, Casa Malka partnered with Wandering Bear Cold Brew to launch Queen’s Brew, a ready-to-drink (RTD) Espresso Martini made with reposado Tequila.
