Tarsier to attend CelebrAsia in London

England-based Tarsier will bring a taste of Southeast Asia to CelebrAsia at London’s Battersea Power Station in September.

Taking place on 5-7 September, the second edition of CelebrAsia is described as ‘the capital’s ultimate festival of Southeast Asian culture’.

Sherwin Acebuche, co-founder of Tarsier Southeast Asian Spirit, said: “Every Southeast Asian producer looks forward to CelebrAsia. It has become an annual gathering of our community and those who want to experience our culture through food, drink and music.

“This year, we are back to serve up delicious Tarsier cocktails that will transport you to the jungles or white sanded beaches of Southeast Asia.”

Visitors to the event at Battersea Power Station can explore Tarsier Southeast Asian Spirit’s offerings in three different ways.

Tarsier will showcase its full range of gins and vodkas at the Artisan Market stall, where attendees can meet the founders, sample spirits and take home a bottle.

The bar in Power Station Park offers Tarsier cocktails, including Yuzu Breakfast Martini and Lychee Raspberry Spritzes, set against the backdrop of live music, performances and street food during the festival.

Guests can also grab a Tarsier welcome cocktail at the riverside Feasting Table, a long-table dining experience, to complement dishes from the founders of renown London restaurants such as Mambow and AngloThai.

In July this year, Tarsier named Chimera Brand Development as its exclusive distributor in the UK.

Earlier this month, the brand partnered with Tre Amici Wines and Spirits to launch its portfolio in Ontario, Canada.

Founded in Manchester, Tarsier Southeast Asian Spirit is inspired by the extensive travels of its two founders across Southeast Asia.

The brand distils its spirits using authentic regional botanicals, and donates 10% of profits to the conservation of the endangered Philippine tarsier.
