Singapore’s Atlas crafts gin for cocktails

Acclaimed Singapore bar Atlas has created a London Dry gin that captures the ‘essence’ of the venue in one spirit.

The London Dry features in cocktails across the bar’s menu

Since opening in 2017, Atlas has established itself as one of the world’s most celebrated gin destinations, with more than 1,300 bottles housed in its ‘iconic’ gin tower, which stands centre stage within the venue.

The team has spent the past seven years refining its understanding of gin, from provenance and production to flavour and performance. Now, in collaboration with master distillers, it has developed a house expression, with every detail shaped by the team’s collective experience behind the bar.

Atlas London Dry Gin is bottled at 47% ABV and leads with crisp juniper, moving through to citrus, angelica and floral notes. It is said to ‘integrate seamlessly’ into bold spirit-forward classics and lighter sparkling serves.

The house expression appears across the bar’s cocktail menu, and is featured in the Atlas Martini, a signature serve that highlights the gin’s clarity, structure and balance.

It also appears in house cocktails that are designed to showcase the spirit’s versatility and expressive character across a range of styles and occasions.

The project was led by CEO Vicky Hwang and is said to reflect the bar’s creative vision and technical precision. “We wanted to create a gin that feels deeply connected to Atlas – one that’s quietly confident, refined and built to last. It’s a spirit that can carry our house serves while standing proudly on its own,” Hwang said.

In addition to featuring in house serves, the 500ml bottle is available to purchase from the Atlas online shop, priced at SGD$98 (US$76), while the ‘curated set’ is available for SGD$138 (US$107), and as well as the 500ml bottle of Atlas London Dry Gin, also features tonic pairing, garnishes, bottled cocktails and recipe cards.

Atlas was awarded two Pins in the Pinnacle Guide last year.
