Duppy Share unveils Legacy Edition rum
By Rupert HohwielerCaribbean brand Duppy Share has celebrated its first decade in business with a spiced rum aged for up to 10 years.

Named Duppy Share Legacy Edition, the expression was crafted from a blend of rums from Jamaica and Barbados. The blend was aged up to aged up to 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
In addition, the blend was infused with carefully selected spices, which the brand says has created a rum of ‘depth and sophistication’. Its notes include Jamaican molasses, vanilla, honey, salted caramel and raisin.
Founder George Frost said: “I started Duppy Share with a simple belief: rum deserves better, and this bottle marks a decade of our mission to do rum justice.
“Blending a selection of rums aged up to 10 years, infused with spices and bottles with craft, care and passion. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created with Legacy Edition and I hope you love it as much as I do.”
The rum will be available on the brand’s website from 1 September for £38 (US$50).
It’s a limited edition and there are only 21 bottles remaining for pre-order at the time of writing.
The brand was founded by Frost – who is the son of broadcaster Sir David Frost – in 2015. It is backed by British musician Kano.
In 2024, Duppy Share explored the ready-to-drink market through collaborations with soft drink brands Ting and Old Jamaica.
Earlier this month, the brand set a Guinness World Record for the largest rum Punch.
