Rum festival returns to LA
The Rum Lab will host the fourth Los Angeles Rum Fest on 11 September on the rooftop of The Haas Trademark Collection by Wyndham.

In 2024, the festival welcomed 50 trade professionals, 75 rum experts and enthusiasts, 150 new consumers, and more than 75 brands pouring over 2,000 rum samples.
This year, the Los Angeles Rum Fest, also known as California Rum Fest SoCal Edition, will feature more than 30 premium rum brands with 80-100 expressions.
Alongside brand ambassadors from brands like Barbancourt, Dos Maderas, Clément, Tanduay, and Worthy Park, the festival seeks to provide an intimate, relaxing, and educational experience that aims to enhance the rum category through activities such as expositions, talks, and seminars.
Federico Hernández, founder of Los Angeles Rum Fest and The Rum Lab, said: “Los Angeles Rum Fest is more than a tasting experience, it’s an educational platform where the trade, rum aficionados, tiki cravers, and newcomers come to enrich their knowledge about a spirit that has made history in the lands of the rum second marketplace in the USA.”
Los Angeles Rum Fest 2025 will introduce an exciting new initiative: DaiquiríMania, presented by cocktail syrup maker Reàl Ingredients. The programme celebrates creativity by reimagining classic Daiquirí cocktail recipes.
Designed for rum enthusiasts, cocktail lovers, and music fans, DaiquiríMania hopes to offer an experience filled with ‘exceptional beverages and unforgettable music’.
