Orang Tua launches Anggur Merah Sangria Fizz

Indonesian producer Orang Tua has released a pre-mixed cocktail named Orang Tua Anggur Merah Sangria Fizz.

The ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail is designed to appeal to a younger generation of drinkers in the company’s home base of Indonesia.

Orang Tua Anggur Merah Sangria Fizz is described as sweet, sour and refreshing, and has an ABV of 4.8%.

Orang Tua Anggur Merah Sangria Fiz is suitable for all activities and situations, and perfect for consumption on summer day. It is is also recommended served over ice to enhance its cooling effects.

Additionally, if drinkers wish to get creative, they can add a slice of fruit such as lemon, orange or apple to bring out more flavours – making it an ideal cocktail for summer.

It retails in Indonesia for IDR25,000 (USD$1.50) per 275ml bottle.

What were the main considerations with the bottle’s design and packaging?
We created a bold design similar to the SKU of 275ml Anggur Merah 14.7% (our mother brand), so consumers will notice that it’s a line extension.

What are the best occasions to drink it?
The best occasions for drinking Anggur Merah Sangria Fizz are relaxing moments during downtime, whether that is with friends, family or just by yourself.

What demographic are you hoping to attract?
The target market is people aged between 21 and 39 years old.

What other spirits can complement the Anggur Merah Sangria Fizz?
It also pairs well with liqueurs such as triple sec, rum or vodka.
