Malfy Gin drops limited edition Missoni-designed bottle
Pernod Ricard-owned Malfy Gin has teamed up with Italian fashion house Missoni on a limited edition bottle.

Missoni’s creative director Alberto Caliri drew inspiration from the fashion brand’s Resort Club project and merged its signature zig-zag design with Malfy Gin’s Amalfi Coast-inspired colour scheme of deep blue and ocean turquoise.
The design, found on Malfy’s Originale Dry Gin, is intended to ‘convey the feeling of summer’.
The bottle is the second collaboration between Malfy and Missoni. The partnership will include a global launch event in Forte dei Marmi, a digital campaign and activations and events at fashion and design weeks.
The partnership aims to immerse consumers in the Italian lifestyle, as well as elevate the aperitivo experience.
Caliri said: “Building on our partnership with Malfy, this collaboration translates Missoni’s iconic design approach into a journey in the Italian summer feeling. This edition is more than just a bottle – it’s a celebration of everlasting moments, where the sun, great company and the colour palette of the sea converge to create an enjoyable experience.”
Malfy’s Originale Dry Gin is distilled in Northern Italy with Italian lemons and handpicked juniper.
The limited edition Malfy x Missoni bottle is available this month from selected high-end retailers in Italy, the UK, Turkey and the UAE for £54/€54 (US$78).
Murielle Dessenis, VP global marketing of global gins at Pernod Ricard, said: “We’re thrilled to deepen our collaboration with Missoni to deliver a fresh campaign that celebrates the joyful spirit and effortless style behind both our brands.
“This time, we’re exploring new routes to market by placing the limited edition of Malfy Originale Dry Gin and our signature copa glass at the heart of upcoming experiences across high-end bars, beach resorts and fashion events around the world.
“Our design-driven collaboration is a powerful way of creating a visual narrative that goes beyond the liquid and turns our Malfy Originale into a collectable object that redefines luxury for a new generation.”
Earlier this year, The Spirits Business caught up with Dessenis to discuss Pernod Ricard’s plans for its gin portfolio.
The French drinks group purchased Malfy for an undisclosed sum in 2019.
