‘First’ RTD Pisco Sour launches in UK
Campanario’s bottled Pisco Sour, which is produced by Chilean beverage firm Compañía Cervecerías Unidas (CCU), is now available in the UK.

The ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail is available at Harrison’s Coffee, a Chilean restaurant near Paddington Station, from this month.
Priced at £18 (US$25) for a 700ml bottle, the RTD will be available exclusively from the restaurant. Consumers will be able to buy a bottle either to take home or to enjoy in the restaurant.
Harrison’s Coffee said nearly 40% of its initial stock has already sold out.
Alongside a classic Pisco Sour, a Mango Sour variant is also available.
Harrison’s Coffee launched the UK’s ‘first’ pisco showroom in 2023, which showcases more than 20 different brands to help promote Chile’s national spirit.
Pedro and Susana Harrison, co-founders of Harrison’s Coffee, said: “We’re excited to offer this Pisco Sour in an RTD format to our customers. It’s the perfect retail companion to the handcrafted cocktails we serve at the bar – both rooted in Chilean quality and spirit, just enjoyed in different ways.”
CCU also creates pisco brands Mistral, Control, and Espíritu de Los Andes.
Nicolás Poblete, UK director of ProChile, the Chilean government’s trade agency, added: “This is an important milestone for Chile’s pisco industry. Exports of our national spirit have
been steadily increasing in recent years, both to the UK and globally. Having an RTD cocktail format brings our pisco – and our culture – even closer to consumers abroad.”
ProChile is working with Harrison’s Coffee and CCU to expand availability to more retail and online outlets across the UK. Harrison’s Coffee will distribute the brand in the UK.
Earlier this year, ProChile held a cocktail competition called Pisco Masters UK.
