De Nada Tequila joins brands including Flor de Caña Rum, Los Javis Mezcal, and Camus Cognac within the Luxury Spirits International portfolio.

“In today’s climate, it’s important to join forces with like-minded brands,” De Nada president Daniel Neeson said. “We are honoured to enter this portfolio alongside brands that share our values of sustainability, quality, and honesty.”

De Nada will expand its presence in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Texas in 2025, with future markets to follow in the coming months. Luxury Spirits International is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

“This partnership marks a major milestone for De Nada,” CEO Adam Millman said. “With a partner like Luxury Spirits International, we now have the sales and distribution infrastructure to expand our Tequila across key markets nationally.”

In August 2024, the Tequila brand debuted a 100% recyclable aluminium bottle in select markets, underscoring its commitment to sustainability.

The Tequila is made by fifth-generation growers and distillers at the Vivanco estate (NOM 1414). The brand was founded by Millman and Neeson, who bonded over Tequila and sustainable business ventures as roommates at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

“De Nada’s commitment to sustainability aligns seamlessly with our values at Luxury Spirits International,” said Zaarath Prokup, president of Luxury Spirits International. “We’re excited to embark on this partnership and help accelerate De Nada’s growth across key markets with the support of our trusted distribution network.”

Alongside the new deal, De Nada will remain with Empire Merchants in New York.
