Three Cents and Tequila Ocho debut Paloma month
Mixer brand Three Cents has teamed up with Tequila Ocho on a month-long celebration of the Paloma cocktail in more than 50 UK venues.
Three Cents has collaborated with cocktail bars and up-and-coming mixologists in the UK to celebrate its signature serve across the month of May.
Based in Athens, Greece, Three Cents has been credited with creating the first pink grapefruit soda outside Mexico, driving the Paloma trend in Europe.
Instead of restricting the celebration to National Paloma Day on 22 May, the brand has partnered with Tequila Ocho for a month-long initiative across more than 50 venues.
Participating venues will serve the classic Perfect Paloma, a combination of Tequila Ocho and Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda, as well as a version that puts the venue’s spin on the cocktail.
The venues include the 392 Kingsland Road bar in Hackney and Jazu, a cocktail and listening bar in Deptford. Other London favourites involved are Happiness Forgets, Discount Suit Company, and Café Pacifico.
The Perfect Paloma will be available outside of London at Bramble Bar and Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh, Lost Cat and Bunny’s Dive Bars in Manchester, Spirited in Bristol, and Dos Dedos in Bath.
Additionally, the cocktail will be featured at Gaucho restaurants and bars across England and Scotland.

“The Paloma month will bring this to life, so either head down to your favourite bar for their take on our famous drink, or take a tour of the city to celebrate the Paloma in style.”
The Three Cents Paloma month menus will run from 1-31 May 2025.
