Piccadily debuts Cashmir Vodka

Indri owner Piccadily Agro Industries has unveiled its new vodka, Cashmir, made with organic Indian winter wheat.

Cashmir is described as ‘India’s first small batch luxury vodka’

The new small batch luxury vodka is crafted from heritage organic and non-GMO (genetically modified organism) Indian winter wheat and water from the Kashmir Valley, surrounded by the Himalayas.

The vodka has been distilled seven times, produced in limited quantities and bottled at 42.8% ABV.

Cashmir Vodka joins Piccadily’s portfolio, which includes Indri Indian single malt whisky, blended malt brands, and Camikara Rum, whose three-year-old expression was awarded a Gold medal at The Rum & Cachaça Masters 2025.

Praveen Malviya, CEO of Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) at Piccadily Agro Industries, said: “With Cashmir, we proudly expand our portfolio beyond award-winning single malts and rums into the world of ultra-premium vodka. This is a natural evolution in our journey to place Indian spirits firmly on the global map, defined by quality, authenticity, and innovation.

“Cashmir embodies the very essence of Indian luxury: rich, refined, and rooted in tradition.”

Inspired by the drifting shikaras of Dal Lake, the blush of Kashmiri apples, the saffron fields of Pampore, and the artistry of papier-mâché, Cashmir is said to reflect ‘the quiet grandeur’ of the region.

Surrinder Kumar, master blender at Piccadily Agro Industries, said: “Cashmir Vodka is my heartfelt tribute to the breathtaking land of Kashmir, a place that holds deep personal meaning for me.

“As a proud Kashmiri, it was important to craft something that not only reflects the purity and beauty of the region but also captures its soul. With Cashmir, we’ve created an ode to the valley’s natural splendour, using its pristine glacial waters and honouring its timeless heritage.”

Cashmir will be available in select Indian and international markets.

In March this year, Piccadily Agro Industries became one of the founding members of the Indian Malt Whisky Association.
