Paradiso reveals all-star Women & Hospitality lineup
By Rupert HohwielerBarcelona’s Paradiso bar is set to bring back its Women & Hospitality event for the fourth time next month.

The event will take place on 1 June at Time Out Market in Barcelona.
Taking place over the course of the day, the event will champion equality within the global bar industry, featuring a packed schedule of immersive workshops, panel discussions, mentoring sessions and bar takeovers – all guided by the women behind some of the world’s best bars.
For 2025, an all-star cast of leading women in the hospitality industry has been assembled, comprising: Aline Vargas of Floreria Atlantico (Buenos Aires, Argentina); Beckaly Franks of Artificat Bar and Call Me Al (New York City, US); Holly Graham of Tokyo Confidential (Tokyo, Japan); Julie Reiner of Clover Club and Miladys (New York City, US); Kate Boushel of Milky Way Cocktail Club (Montreal, Canada); Inés de Los Santos of Cochinchina (Buenos Aires, Argentina); Paola Oviedo of Alquímico (Cartagena, Colombia); Sarah Proietti of Maybe Sammy (Sydney, Australia); and Christine Wiseman (US Bartender of the Year at the 2023 Spirited Awards).
Located in Barcelona’s El Born neighbourhood, Paradiso was founded 10 years ago by husband-and-wife duo Giacomo Giannotti and Margarita Sáder. The bar has two Pins in The Pinnacle Guide.
On welcoming Women & Hospitality back for its fourth edition, Sáder said: “I invite you all to celebrate all the women of the industry: hardworking, bright, intelligent, successful, and above all, those who have inspired us in life and work.
“Following last year’s impactful conversations on pressing topics of equality, inclusion, and diversity within the global bar industry, we are excited to broaden our message this year by including not only familiar supporters but also fresh perspectives.
“If, with our actions, we get to inspire the whole industry and help many more, we will be achieving our goal. Women, our time is now, let’s enjoy helping.”
In March, Paradiso’s Sustainability Summit also returned for its fourth year.
