On The Rocks debuts canned RTDs

Ready-to-drink (RTD) brand On The Rocks has released its first non-bottled products.

On the Rocks Cocktails Cans
The range has an ABV of 10%

The new canned range is carbonated and comes in three flavours: Sparkling Lime Margarita, Mango & Mint Mojito and Cucumber & Lemongrass Mule.

The lime variety is made with Tres Generaciones Plata Tequila and house-made triple sec, while the cucumber expression combines Effen Vodka and is sweetened with cane sugar. The Mojito features a blend of dark and white Cruzan Rum.

Carol Robert, managing director of Suntory Global Spirits’ US Ready to Drink division, said: “The debut of our new canned cocktails represents an exciting next chapter for On The Rocks Premium Cocktails, as we expand our portfolio to meet rising demand for premium, ready-to-drink options for all drinking occasions.

“Drawing on our deep expertise in spirits and cocktail craftsmanship, we’ve created a canned line that delivers bar-quality taste with the convenience and versatility consumers expect. This launch reflects our continued commitment to raising the bar in the RTD space with elevated offerings that redefine quality and flavour.”

Suntory Global Spirits bought On The Rocks in 2020.

Each variety sits at 10% ABV and is available in four-packs.

Brand ambassador Joaquín Simó said: “On The Rocks released its first bartender-crafted recipes in 2015 and we’re proud to continue in this innovative spirit a decade later.

“This new format brings a refreshing, sparkling twist to timeless classics — ready to enjoy anytime, anywhere, as On The Rocks has always been intended.”

The founders of On The Rocks are also behind Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre’s Gin & Juice brand.
