No.3 Gin appoints global brand ambassador
By Georgie CollinsAlicia Stark has been named global brand ambassador for No.3 London Dry Gin, which will see her will play a central role in driving awareness and advocacy for the brand.

Stark will lead the Berry Bros & Rudd-owned brand’s global trade advocacy, championing No.3’s ‘pursuit of perfection’ through world-class training, bartender collaborations, and event activations across key international markets.
In addition, Stark’s position will see her host masterclasses, tastings and bar takeovers, as well as support international distributors with tailored market activations. She will also lead on trade engagement programmes, digital content creation, and mentoring the wider network of No.3 ambassadors around the world.
Stark said: “No.3 has always been more than just a bottle to me. For me it goes deeper, reflecting Berry Bros & Rudd’s commitment to quality, integrity and the importance of hospitality and making memories. The opportunity to tell the story on a global stage is truly a dream and I can’t wait to continue building relationships with bartenders and creatives around the world.”
As a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (Rada), it is said that Stark has brought a compelling storytelling ability to the role, combining creative flair with a precise understanding of cocktail craft, advanced bartending techniques, and premium spirits.
She first joined Berry Bros & Rudd in 2022 as the company’s east London business development manager, where she ‘rapidly’ expanded No.3 London Dry Gin’s footprint, growing the region from a handful of accounts to more than 150.
In addition, her work has brought the brand to some of London’s most respected bars, including GŎNG Bar at The Shard, Three Sheets, Dram and Scarfes Bar.

Based at No.3 London Dry Gin’s brand home in St James’s Street in London, Stark will travel extensively in support of key global markets, working closely with the wider brand team, trade partners, and industry influencers to elevate No.3 London Dry Gin’s presence worldwide.
