Sir Edmond Gin expands Caribbean footprint
By Miona MadsenDutch brand Sir Edmond Gin is expanding its market presence in the Caribbean by embracing the islands’ cocktail culture.

Since its market launch in the Caribbean in 2024, Sir Edmond Gin has gained ‘significant’ traction in Bonaire, Curaçao, and Aruba.
The brand debuted in Aruba last July in partnership with Boma Wines Aruba, marking a significant milestone in its expansion into the region. The Dutch gin has since secured presence in premier locations such as the Hilton Hotel, Renaissance Hotel, and Divi Resorts, sparking interest across the Caribbean.
This year, Sir Edmond is committed to expanding its market presence in the tropical island region.
By engaging distributors and mixologists across the Caribbean, the brand hopes to gain momentum with its La Réunion-sourced Bourbon vanilla-infused flavour, which is suitable for both classic and contemporary cocktails.
The team at Sir Edmond Gin said: “What began in Aruba has become the foundation of something much larger. Our journey through the Caribbean demonstrates how well our gin complements the spirit of the islands. Bold, unique, and full of character.”
From Curaçao’s lively happy hours to the shores of Bonaire, Sir Edmond Gin stand out as an ingredient in cocktails made with local ingredients, as well as for its flamingo mascot.
According to the brand, its Caribbean expansion is about more than distribution: it is a combination of community, creativity, and ‘redefining what gin can be’ in this rum-dominated region.
Last year, Sir Edmond continued its global expansion in markets worldwide, including Taiwan and travel retail.
Last month, the brand opened new headquarters in Naaldwijk to support its growth.
