Anne Martin joined Stock Spirits in 2023

Martin initially joined the company, which owns spirits brands including Sierra Tequila, in December 2023.

Since she joined, she has served as marketing director in France for Stock Spirits’ brands and global head of the Clan Campbell brand. The latter role saw her lead the strategic repositioning and relaunch of the whisky across France and international markets.

Martin’s previous experience comprised leadership positions at Pernod Ricard, including marketing director for Pernod Ricard Australia, vice president of marketing at Corby Spirits & Wine in Canada and global marketing director for Havana Club.

She said: “I’m excited to step into the role of chief marketing officer for the group. The company has a strong portfolio of iconic brands and an ambitious vision for growth. I look forward to working with our teams across markets to continue driving the next phase of the group’s marketing strategy.”

In the role, Martin will lead Stock Spirits’ marketing functions, taking control of brand strategy, consumer engagement and portfolio development across key markets.

She will also continue her existing roles at the company as marketing director in France and global head at Clan Campbell.

Jean-Christophe Coutures, CEO of Stock Spirits Group, said: “[Martin] is a proven marketing leader with a deep understanding of international brands and consumers. Her experience across mature and developing markets makes her well-positioned to lead our global marketing strategy and help drive growth across our brands and markets.”

Mazuranic departs Stock Spirits

Current CMO Nicolas Mazuranic, who assumed the position in January 2023, will depart the company.

Stock Spirits noted several key initiatives from his tenure, including launching Limoncé Aperitivo, expanding Żołądkowa de Luxe vodka into Germany and France, creating new flavour variants for Clan Campbell whisky and developing the group’s ready-to-drink strategy and product innovations.

Coutures added: “I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Nicolas, his contribution to the business and the energy he brought to the role. We wish him every success in his future endeavours.”

The company has also appointed Emmanuelle Souchon as marketing director for third-party brands for its French distributor Dugas. She previously worked at Danone and William Grant & Sons.

Earlier this year, Stock Spirits introduced a new brand identity, featuring a refreshed logo and an updated company ethos. The company also acquired a UK distributor at the start of April.
