Casa Redondo expands to Peru
By Miona MadsenPortuguese producer Casa Redondo has partnered with distributor Don Michael to launch its Licor Beirão liqueur and Per Se apéritif in Peru.

As part of its international growth plan, Casa Redondo has established a strategic partnership with local distributor Don Michael, with an official launch in the Peruvian market in March 2025.
On 31 March, the market launch was celebrated with an exclusive event in Lima.
The new partnership is said to come as the spirits sector experiences growth in Peru.
Daniel Redondo, CEO of Casa Redondo, commented: “We deeply believe in the potential of the Peruvian market and the strength of this partnership with Don Michael, a benchmark for quality and distribution in the country.
“This alliance not only expands the reach of our brands but also marks a firm step towards realising our long-term vision: to make Casa Redondo a globally recognised name in the spirits industry.”
Javier Fernández, commercial director of Don Michael, welcomed the new partnership, adding that it would “strengthen” the company’s presence in the Peruvian market.
Casa Redondo believes the expansion into Peru highlights its commitment to emerging markets and to consumers searching for ‘authentic and distinctive’ products.
By introducing Licor Beirão, Portugal’s ‘best-selling’ liqueur, alongside Per Se apéritif, Casa Redondo aims to delight Peruvian consumers with its blend of ‘tradition, innovation, and a bold spirit.’
In August last year, Licor Beirão made its debut in the Netherlands.
At The Liqueur & Speciality Spirits Masters 2024, Licor Beirão was awarded a Gold medal, with Per Se recognised with a Silver medal.
