Brother’s Bond expands to three continents
By Miona MadsenAmerican whiskey brand Brother’s Bond, co-founded by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, has announced its global expansion in three key markets.

The brand is set to broaden its global reach with strategic distribution partnerships with Brand Venture in Europe, Nimbility in Asia, and Craft & Culture in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Brother’s Bond Bourbon began collaborating with Brand Venture in 2024 to explore European direct-to-consumer sales opportunities.
Following the success of this strategy, the brand is now expanding into international markets with a comprehensive distribution plan.
Brand Venture will manage the whiskey brand’s logistics, warehousing, and financial operations in Europe, optimising stock management and order fulfilment in the UK and across Europe.
Additionally, Brother’s Bond has partnered with Nimbility to establish a strong presence in Asia and with Craft & Culture to introduce its premium whiskeys to consumers in the UAE.
Vincent Hanna, CEO of Brother’s Bond Bourbon, said: “Expanding Brother’s Bond Bourbon internationally has always been part of our long-term vision.
“We are thrilled to partner with three key global partners to bring our award-winning ultra-premium whiskey to new consumers worldwide. This is a major step forward in our journey to share our passion, innovation, and craftsmanship with whiskey lovers across the globe—one sip, one story, one bond at a time.”
Four of the brand’s expressions will be available in the international markets: its flagship four-grain, high-rye straight Bourbon; bottled-at-bond straight Bourbon; cask strength Bourbon; and American blended rye.
Through its partnerships with Brand Venture, Nimbility, and Craft & Culture, the brand aims to make a lasting impact in the international spirits market.
Earlier this year, Brother’s Bond teamed up with Banfi Vintners to expand its distribution in the US.
Last month, the brand secured US$7.5 million in funding to help it grow at home in the US, and also overseas.
At ProWein 2025, co-founder Somerhalder will join The Spirits Business at Hall 7, Stand C01, for a Q&A session on Monday, 17 March.
