Australia’s Maybe Cocktail Festival returns
By Georgie CollinsReturning for its third year, Sydney’s Maybe Cocktail Festival will take over the city from 7-13 April 2025.

This year’s festival will see some of the world’s most celebrated bars shaking and serving their signature creations at a selection of Sydney’s top venues, with bartenders and industry icons arriving from Argentina, Indonesia, Spain, the UK, the USA, Italy, Japan and Mexico.
Guests can expect a line-up of events, collaborations and exclusive cocktail experiences across a number of the city’s venues, including Maybe Sammy, Dean & Nancy, El Primo Sanchez, Maybe Frank, Little Cooler, and Prefecture 48.
Festival director Stefano Catino said: “Maybe Cocktail Festival is about bringing the best drinking experiences from around the globe to Sydney. We’re talking top-tier bartenders serving up world-class cocktails without anyone needing to clear customs.
“With the cost of living and the sheer distance of Sydney from so many of the world’s great drinking destinations, it’s not always easy to visit these bars in person. But for one week, they’re right here in our backyard. The line-up is stacked, the drinks will be flowing, and we can’t wait to see Sydney turn it on once again.”
The festival’s major sponsor this year is multinational hospitality company Accor, which will be hosting key events and offering an exclusive accommodation deal to local and international guests, ensuring they ‘make the most of the week’s activities’.
When booking via www.maybecocktailfestival.com/accor, guests can enter the promotional code ‘MAYBE’ to secure a 15% discount on a room rate between 7-13 April.
Participating hotels include Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour, Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, and Hotel Morris – Handwritten Collection, with a range of suites available to suit all festival-goers.
