Oo-Lah Cocktails teams up with Breakthru Beverage
Ready-to-drink (RTD) brand Oo-Lah Cocktails has partnered with wholesaler Breakthru Beverage Group to expand its retail presence in Virginia.
The new distribution partnership was announced four months after the brand’s debut in Virginia and Florida.
Founded by US Marine Corps veteran Trevor Spiers and entrepreneur Chris Klein, Oo-Lah aims to provide cocktails ‘inspired by a laid-back kickback lifestyle’.
With the new partnership, Oo-Lah joins Breakthru’s portfolio of more than 6,000 wine, spirits, and beer brands, which generate more than US$5 billion in sales annually.
Spiers commented on the distribution deal: “We are thrilled to partner with Breakthru Beverage to expand Oo-Lah’s presence in our home state of Virginia. Our mission has always been to deliver the best-tasting RTD cocktails, and with Breakthru’s expertise and robust distribution network, we’re excited to share our unique blends with more people.”
The RTD brand’s line-up includes four flavours: Spicy Margarita, Big-O, Island Girl, and Prickly Pear Margarita.
All Oo-Lah Cocktails are lightly carbonated, made with a blend of natural fruit flavour and offered at 5% ABV in 355ml single-serve cans.
Klein said: “From the beginning, Oo-Lah was about replicating the carefree, ‘kickback’ moments of a beach day. We want our customers to experience the same feeling when they crack open a can of Oo-Lah – like you’re instantly transported to paradise.”
Oo-Lah Cocktails is now available at select retailers across Virginia.
