Beach Bum Rum expands in Latvia
Beach Bum Beverages has secured a listing with Latvian retail chain Kabinets for its flagship rum.
The expansion comes from a distribution deal with Berlat Trading and will see the Beach Bum’s Gold rum available in 13 stores across five major cities in Latvia.
The strategic expansion in the Latvian market represents a ‘significant milestone’ for Beach Bum Beverages as it noted the demand for high-quality craft spirits in the Baltic regions continues to grow.
Kabinets’ premium retail environment, known for offering a curated selection of fine wines and spirits, aligns with Beach Bum’s ethos of delivering ‘exceptional, artisanal rum to consumers seeking an authentic taste of Mauritius in a bottle’.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Kabinets and Berlat Trading to give Latvian consumers nationwide a chance to have access to our rum,” said David Adamson, CEO of Beach Bum Beverages.
“The Baltic market represents a key market for us, and we believe our rich flavours and unique branding will resonate with Kabinets’ discerning customers.”
Adamson, a Scottish entrepreneur who’s been working in the drinks industry for more than a decade, launched the brand in 2020.
