Bosque bets on the US
By Lauren BowesAfter entering the US earlier this year, Argentinian brand Bosque Gin has made a commitment to the market.

Juan Chereminiano, the brand’s founder and director, has relocated to the US, setting up offices and operations there with the goal of positioning Bosque as one of the market-leading spirits in the country.
The brand has secured distribution agreements in eight states and is negotiating in a further six, some of which may represent the brand in multiple states.
The Bosque offices are in Florida, and the brand is also present in Washington DC, Maryland, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Texas and Delaware.
“Our entry into the US has probably been one of the most significant milestones since we started this project six years ago,” said Chereminiano. “We know it’s a highly competitive market, but we’re also aware that consumers here greatly appreciate high-quality products. This is our key step towards becoming a globally recognised brand.”
Bosque is imported into the US by Compagnia Dei Caraibi, a portfolio of premium Italian spirits and liqueurs.
“Bosque Gin entered our scenario in the US relatively recently, showing from the first day commitment, professionalism, quality and service,” added Compagnia dei Caraibi’s Sabrina Regolo.
“I was already familiar with the quality of Bosque Gin as Compagnia Dei Caraibi already works with the brand in Italy. The US is a challenge for all brands in our industry, but it did not take long for me to recognise the huge potential of this brand in this market.”
Bosque’s US distributors include XXI Wines & Spirits in Florida; DMV Distributions in Washington DC, Maryland and Delaware; Specs in Texas; and Old World Wines in Colorado.
“Our goal is to position Bosque as one of the most recognised craft gins in this territory within the next five years,” added Chereminiano. “In the coming months, we will begin distribution in Illinois, Arizona, Seattle, California, and Pennsylvania. We will close our first year with a presence in more than 10 states and a projection of 20 states by 2025.”
