Ravifruit reveals range of premium purées
By Miona MadsenIrca Group-owned Ravifruit in the Rhône Valley has launched a range of premium purées with 90% fruit content.

Ravifruit Mixologi purées are crafted from fruits grown in ‘exceptional terroirs’ to provide natural products with authentic flavours.
The range includes eight flavours: lemon made with Sicilian Femminello lemons, lime, lychee, mango, passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry and white peach.
All products are made with fruits sourced from the brand’s farmer partners and have a fruit content of 90%, without any colourings or preservatives.
Ravifruit works closely with its farmer partners and has defined standards to ensure the quality of the harvested fruit, including Brix levels, crop timings, and maturation.
For extra transparency, consumers can scan the products’ QR codes to see where the fruits are sourced.
The purées are presented in one-litre recyclable packaging, as part of the company’s environmental responsibility policy.
Mixologi premium fruit purées can be used to make smoothies, mousses, milkshakes, lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and more.
Ravifruit was established in 1981 and now operates in more than 65 countries.
