Black Lines launches Hugo Spritz
By Lauren BowesBottled cocktail company Black Lines has added an elderflower Spritz to its range.

Described as ‘a serve with all the allure of an Italian summer’, the expression is made with Sapling Gin, sparkling wine, elderflower, mint, lemon and soda.
The launch follows the serve’s popularity on TikTok last year, with Black Lines claiming the drink first originated in 2005.
A 750ml bottle retails for £18 (US$23) and is available from the brand’s website and selected retailers. The brand suggests a 150ml serving in a wine glass with ice, with a garnish of a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
The cocktail can also be enjoyed at Black Lines’ bar at the Rixo clothes store in London’s Chelsea, which opened in October 2023.
The brand also offers cocktails on tap to the on-trade, with nine serves available in 20-litre kegs that connect to an existing draught system.
Black Lines was founded by Kuleen Khimasia and Casey Sorenson in 2017. Its range of cocktails can be found in stores such as Selfridges and Whole Foods, as well as venues such as The Standard hotel in London.
