Schofield brothers back Seven Tails
Bartending brothers Daniel and Joe Schofield have increased their stake in Seven Tails Brandy.
The brothers, who operate award-winning Schofield’s Bar in Manchester, UK, initially invested in Seven Tails in 2022. They currently own a minority stake in the brand.
Joe Schofield said: “We are thrilled to continue our journey with Seven Tails Brandy and the incredible board of directors on the team. The innovation and quality of the brand is unparalleled.”
The Schofield brothers recently took part in guest shifts with Seven Tails in Barcelona and London, and are working on further events across Europe.
Joe Schofield recently created a signature serve for Seven Tails, named Mont Blanc, due to the serve’s base ingredients being French and Italian.
It combines 30ml of Seven Tails XO Brandy with 15ml amaretto and 150ml ginger ale, garnished with an orange peel.
Seven Tails is available in select markets in the EU, the UK, Asia and the US.
The brand has a global listing with private members’ club Soho House and recently appointed former Moët Hennessy CEO Christophe Navarre to its board.
Navarre sits on the board alongside Seven Tails founders Joel Fraser and Arnaud de Trabuc.
De Trabuc also founded Banks Rum, which was sold to Bacardi in 2015.
