Seven Tails to host bartending shift in London
By Rupert HohwielerBrandy producer Seven Tails is bringing together bartenders from two UK bars, Schofield’s Bar and Three Sheets, for a night of cocktails in London.

Taking place on 3 December at The George, the night will see Daniel and Joe Schofield, the brothers behind Schofield’s Bar in Manchester, mixing up brandy-based cocktails alongside another brotherly bartending duo, Max and Noel Venning from Three Sheets.
Joe Schofield was named International Bartender of the Year at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Three Sheets in Dalston, London, was named the UK’s best bar at the Class Awards 2019, where Max also won Best Bartender.
The four bartenders will be making festive drinks using Seven Tails brandy.
Daniel Schofield said: ‘‘We are extremely excited to be collaborating with Seven Tails and Three Sheets for a festive evening.
‘‘We will be serving some of our most loved signature drinks as well as our Seven Tails EggNog: Seven Tails Spiced, apple brandy, vanilla cream, egg and tonka bean.”
The event will take place at The George, a Grade-II listed pub on Great Portland Street in London. It follows on from a series of guest shifts Daniel and Joe Schofield recently took across Europe.
‘‘We can’t wait to be behind the bar with the Schofields; having worked with both of them in the past, it’s sure to be a special evening,” added Max Venning.
‘‘On the evening, we’ll be serving the Café Francais, a Gallic twist on the Irish coffee, which is a blend of Seven Tails Spiced, salted coffee and a madeleine-infused cream.
‘‘Alongside this, we’ll be carbonating and bottling some of our French 75, with Seven Tails XO, clarified lemon, verjus and Moscato.’’
