Myatt’s Fields launches clarified cocktail range

London brand Myatt’s Fields Cocktails has released a ready-to-drink (RTD) range of clear beverages.

The range includes The Invisible Lychee Martini, which has sweet notes of lychee balanced with the botanicals of a ‘juniper-forward’ gin. The brand describes it as ‘a harmonious blend of floral, fruity, and herbal notes with a touch of citrusy brightness’.

Cyrus Gilbert-Rolfe, Myatt’s Fields co-founder, said: “Head into any of the world’s best bars right now, order a cocktail and the chances are that once it arrives, you’ll be able to see straight through it.

“The rise of clear, colourless, cocktails has been exponential over the last decade, but we haven’t seen it in the RTD market.

“For drinkers, the appeal comes from its relative difficulty of replication. Filtration, gelation, centrifugation, separation – they are techniques that people don’t often do at home, so there is an elusiveness to clarified cocktails that’s fun and delicious to discover.”

The Invisible Lychee Martini has an ABV of 30.5% and an RRP of £15.50 (US$19) for a 250ml bottle. It can be purchased on Amazon, Myatt’s Fields’ website and selected luxury retailers.

The bottled cocktail won Gold at The DB & SB Autumn Blind Tasting 2023.
