RTD brand Thomas Ashbourne gains investment

Private equity firm InvestBev has made a strategic investment in ready-to-drink (RTD) brand Thomas Ashbourne Craft Spirits, which partners with celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker and Neil Patrick Harris.

Thomas Ashbourne was founded in 2022 by CEO Cara Kamenev, who was previously vice president for consumer engagement at L’Oréal.

Its range includes Sarah Jessica Parker’s Perfect Cosmo, Neil Patrick Harris’s After Hours Espresso Martini, Ashley Benson, Vanessa Hudgens and Rosario Dawson’s Margalicious Margarita and The Hardscatto from rapper Playboi Carti, as well as The Classic Old Fashioned house cocktail.

The partnership with InvestBev will drive product innovation and retail expansion for Thomas Ashbourne as well as back office infrastructure support.

The RTD brand will join InvestBev’s portfolio, which includes Ten To One Rum, Siempre Tequila and alcohol e-commerce platform Speakeasy Co.
