Proof Insight is a market research and insights company that covers the drinks and hospitality sectors. The research company will launch its ‘Future of Cocktails’ report at an event in London in September.

Participants will receive a free copy of the Future of Cocktails report.

The report will examine the outlook for cocktails in the on‐trade, at home, and in the pre‐mixed canned cocktails category. Proof Insight says consumers are ‘softening’ towards ready‐to‐drink cocktails because they can be used in many occasions due to their convenient format.

For the report, the Proof Insight team used three consumer focus groups, 10 bartender interviews, three surveys of consumers that garnered 1,500 responses, and 20 interviews with drinks industry experts.

The London-based market researcher has released a number of reports in the past year, including one looking at the trend towards alcohol moderation and the rise of the no-and-low category.
