Berry Bros & Rudd-owned No.3 Gin has unveiled a bottled Gimlet to mark World Gin Day (10 June), and a Martini kit to celebrate National Martini Day (19 June).

The premium pre-bottled Gimlet is the third ready-to-serve cocktail by the London Dry gin brand, and is part of a collaboration with London’s Artesian Bar, located within The Langham Hotel.

The pre-bottled cocktail is described as a ‘unique twist on the classic Gimlet recipe’, using a blend of No.3 London Dry Gin with bergamot, citrus, and floral notes to produce a ‘deliciously zesty and refreshing drink’.

Ross Bryant, No.3 global ambassador, said: “Pre-bottled cocktails have grown in popularity, and we have seen consumer interest in premium classic cocktails. We’re so pleased to create this in collaboration with the world-famous Artesian bar, widely recognised as one of the global top 50 best bars.”

The Gimlet is said to be ‘perfect for the al fresco season’.B

The bottle features unique microscopic art by Justin Zoll, and £1 from the sale of each bottle will go to Hospitality Action, a charity that supports all who work, or have worked, within hospitality in the UK.

Giulia Cuccurullo, head bartender at Artesian Bar, added: “No.3 Gin and Artesian’s Gimlet collaboration was born from the elegance and approachable flavour of the gin itself.

“Bergamot was chosen for the lead flavour as it works well with No.3 Gin’s taste profile, highlighting its notes without destroying the structure of the cocktail. The result is a very elegant twist on this classic.”

The No.3 Gin Gimlet is bottled at 25% ABV, and is available to buy from Selfridges for RRP £30.50 (US$38.41).

It will also be available to buy from Berry Bros & Rudd from 15 June.

No.3 has previously bottled a ready-to-serve Vesper Martini.

Globe-Trotter Martini Case

Ahead of National Martini Day on Monday 19 June, No.3 has also partnered with luxury British luggage brand Globe-Trotter to create The Martini Case, designed as ‘the ultimate definition of the unrivalled travelling Martini experience’.

Co-curated by Globe-Trotter’s craftsmen, and endorsed by master mixologist Alessandro Palazzi, the case is described as a ‘must have’ for the Martini perfectionist.

The Martini Case will initially launch in London for World Martini Day, with only 100 available globally. It will be released in the US, Tokyo, and Hong Kong in September.

Madeleine Axelsson, global brand controller for No.3 London Dry Gin, said: “We are passionate about the pursuit of mastering perfection and are excited to partner with Globe-Trotter.

“Together, we’ve curated the ultimate Martini Case, designed to give an unrivalled travelling Martini experience and curated to show the mastery of two iconic British brands.”

The Martini Case, which is crafted in teal and tan leather, contains two No.3 x Nude Martini glasses, a miniature bottle of Palazzi’s limited edition vermouth, a No.3-branded jigger, leather embossed coasters, two No.3 Martini picks, and a 700ml bottle of No. 3 London Dry Gin.

The Martini Case will be available in the UK from 19 June from www.bbr.com/no3gin and the Berry Bros & Rudd shop.

No.3 Gin debuted its new bottle packaging in Hong Kong in August 2022.
