Radico Khaitan-owned Magic Moments Vodka has surpassed five-million-case sales for the first time, while 8PM Premium Black Whisky sold more than three million cases.
Indian spirits company Radico Khaitan revealed the ‘significant’ sales milestones for its two flagship brands.
In 2022, Magic Moments sold 3.8m nine-litre cases, Radico Khaitan noted. It was the ninth biggest-selling vodka brand in the world, according to last year’s Brand Champions report.
In addition to the flagship bottling, the vodka brand’s range includes Verve, Dazzle, and a ready-to-drink cocktail line.
The flagship 8PM brand grew by 11.2% to 11.4m cases in 2021, Brand Champions data showed. It is the sixth-largest Indian whisky brand in the world.
The brand’s premium offering, 8PM Premium Black Whisky, sold 2.1m nine-litre cases in 2022, Radico Khaitan revealed.
“We are thrilled to announce these outstanding sales milestones for Magic Moments Vodka and 8PM Premium Black Whisky,” said Amar Sinha, chief operating officer, Radico Khaitan.
“These achievements are a reflection of the trust and loyalty that consumers have shown towards our brands.
“We are immensely grateful to our customers, partners, and employees for their continuous support and contribution in making Magic Moments Vodka and 8PM Premium Black Whisky household names in India’s alcoholic beverage industry.”
Radico Khaitan is one of the largest producers of Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) in India.
