The Bourbon is now available through the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO).

“This has been a passion project of ours, and we are so excited to bond with fans and whiskey lovers alike in Canada,” Wesley said.

Actors and long-time friends Somerhalder and Wesley, who starred as brothers on supernatural drama The Vampire Diaries, launched the brand in the US in 2021. It is described as one of the fastest-growing ultra-premium Bourbon brands.

“It’s been a fulfilling accomplishment to create a brand that pours quality craftsmanship into every batch and bottle,” said Somerhalder.

Somerhalder and Wesley hosted an intimate bottle signing at LCBO’s flagship store at Queens Quay East & Cooper Street in Toronto, Ontario, on 11 April.

“After the brand’s incredible success in the United States, and becoming the most followed spirits brand on Instagram, we are thrilled to expand our distribution internationally, starting with Canada,” said Vincent Hanna, CEO of Brother’s Bond.

“We look forward to developing more high-quality offerings and growing the brand’s reach to whiskey lovers around the world.”

Brother’s Bond Bourbon is also available in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. It is priced at RRP US$69.95.

The brand will launch additional products and increase distribution in the Atlantic provinces later this year.

In July last year, Brother’s Bond launched a cask strength bottling as its first limited edition expression.
