The new location boasts an onsite distillery, two bars, three kitchens, a coffee shop, and ‘a vibey, spacious riverside courtyard’.

The Sugar House Island development prides itself in offering ‘a way of living’, through a balanced mixed-use campus of offices, creative workspace, independent retailers, bars and restaurants.

Customers can take advantage of happy hour between 5pm-7pm GMT, Monday to Thursday, and Sugar Island residents can enjoy a local residents discount of 10% all week.

In addition, the venue’s double decker bus bar found onsite is available for private event hire.

Jim & Tonic prides itself on being a sustainable brand, and its ethos is underpinned by ‘the three R’s’: reduce waste, reuse resources and regenerate its urban surroundings.

Eco-friendly packaging, sustainable production methods and locally-grown botanicals are are said to be key to the business leading by these principles.

Jim & Tonic has recently launched a range of experimental, limited edition gins that have been created at its distillery.

The Jim’s Lab Series gins come in four ‘warming’ flavours for the ‘perfect winter drink’.

The series is composed of Chocolate Orange Gin; Winter Spices Gin; Honey & Clementine Gin; and Lavender & Bergamot Gin, all of which are presented at 40% ABV.

All expressions are priced at RRP £29 (US$36) per 500ml bottle.

The botanical and spiced flavours were created to help people discover their new favourite gin flavour and excite even the most avid gin drinker, the brand said.

Earlier this month we looked back at the biggest distillery openings of 2022.
