Creamy Creation creates Asian-inspired line
Leading B2B (business-to-business) cream liqueur developer and manufacturer Creamy Creation has launched a new range inspired by Asian spirits.
Creamy Creation has created a series of cream liqueurs and ready-to-drink (RTD) products to appeal to consumers both in Asia and globally.
“Our concepts range from standard dairy to fermented dairy-based, plant-based and vegan,” said Jeroen Huiskes, global innovation manager.
“These concepts feature popular and classic Asian ingredients and flavours such as ume, peach, yuzu, yoghurt, matcha, soy and coconut.”
The new range of liqueurs includes: Ume Plum Yoghurt (also available as a sparkling low-ABV RTD), Royal Milk Tea Liqueur, Café Latte Liqueur, Banana Milk Liqueur, Shōchū Yuzu Cheesecake Liqueur, Vegan Soy, Vegan Peach Soy Liqueur.
The new low-ABV RTDS include Coconut Liqueur, Matcha Coconut cocktail and a Mango Coconut cocktail.
Shōchū Yuzu Cheesecake Liqueur won a Gold medal in the 2022 Asian Spirits Masters blind tasting, praised for its “lime notes, cheesecake base, and lovely creaminess on the palate”.
The concepts can be fully customised using Asian flavours and spirits such as soju, baijiu, sake and shōchū.
Established in 1979, Creamy Creation has production facilities in the Netherlands and the US.
In June 2022, the company launched a low-calorie and low-sugar edition of its cream liqueur.
