All Things Drinks was founded by Dimple Athavia and her husband, Russell, in July 2021.

The e-commerce platform was created to champion independent craft producers across all drinks categories, from beer, wine and spirits to no- and low-alcohol.

Athavia has now launched a pre-seed equity round through an advanced subscription agreement to further develop the company and increase its inventory of drinks. The hope is to bring on angel investors and industry experts, Athavia said.

The funding will be used for user experience-focused product development and inventory.

“We believe these two factors will help to propel our growth as together they will improve the discoverability of new drinks across all categories,” Athavia added.

“After successfully bootstrapping the business, we are now growing at 47% monthly. We have had more than 57,000 visitors to our site and a rapidly growing customer list. We have also grown to more than 200 amazing drinks and producers.”

The funding round is expected to close by the end of October 2022.

Athavia said the aim is to make the platform “a household name for curated drinks”.

“We want to serve customers a beautiful and elegant buying experience that allows them to discover and learn about new drinks that they will enjoy,” she said.

“We aim to be the go-to place for people to find new and interesting drinks for themselves, for gifts and for all occasions.”

Athavia is a regular judge for The Global Spirits Masters Competitions series, which recently hosted The Vodka Masters 2022.
