Casa Noble expands its Tequila portfolio

Single estate producer Casa Noble has debuted its Marqués de Casa Noble Tequila, a limited edition bottling designed to ‘elevate the standard’ of the premium Tequila category.

The 750ml bottle is designed to resemble an agave spear

The liquid comprises a blend of 12 añejo and nine extra añejo Tequilas, all aged between one and five years.

“With Marqués de Casa Noble, we aimed to create a spirit that is not just complex and premium but also sippable – something to be enjoyed alongside life’s best moments,” said Jose ‘Pepe’ Hermosillo, Casa Noble’s founder and maestro Tequilero.

“Each step of the Tequila making process was carefully planned and executed over the course of many years to create this unmatched spirit. At Casa Noble, we pride ourselves on extending this same level of dedication to all expressions, crafting authentic Tequilas that rival even the finest spirits available.”

The hand-crafted barrels personally chosen by Hermosillo for the maturation process are made from select trees in the Allier region of France.

The casks are forest-aged for two years to ‘absorb a unique sense of place’, before they are transported to the renowned cooperage of Tronçais & Bertrange. There they are toasted and aged one additional year to create ‘the ultimate vessel for liquid maturation’.

The Tequila offers sweetness from the cooked agave, with notes of vanilla and ripe fruits, alongside hints of peach and roasted nuts. The finish is smooth offers hints of white chocolate, pecan and almond.

The 750ml Marqués de Casa Noble bottle has been designed to resemble an agave spear, and is packaged in a box that allows for ‘an engaging reveal experience’.

The limited edition bottle retails for US$169.99 and is available in selected cities across the US.

Last year Casa Noble relaunched its range of organic Tequilas with redeveloped recipes and a complete packaging overhaul.
