1800 Tequila teams up with NFL’s Raiders

Becle-owned 1800 Tequila is aiming to support NFL team Las Vegas Raiders and the Hispanic community in Las Vegas and California by bringing a tailgate experience and two branded cocktails to Allegiant Stadium in Nevada.
“We’re thrilled to welcome fans to Allegiant Stadium as the Las Vegas Raiders’ official Tequila partner,” said Lander Otegui, senior vice-president of marketing for Proximo Spirits.
“Raider Nation is a diverse and ardent fan base, which reflects 1800 Tequila’s values of authenticity and community. We raise a glass of 1800 Pirate Paloma to celebrate our partnership with Allegiant Stadium and the Raiders.”
This Sunday (9 January), fans of the Las Vegas team are invited to join a Raiders tailgate, which has been named Married to the Game. The event will be hosted by Raiders ‘super fan’ Josephine Skriver.
Additionally, two 1800 Tequila cocktails will be available to drink at Allegiant Stadium.
The 1800 Mexican Mule Rusher, made up of 1800 Blanco, fresh lime juice, bitters and ginger beer, will on offer for consumers, plus the 1800 Pirate Paloma, consisting of 1800 Cristalino, light agave, grapefruit bitters and soda water.
Last year, the brand collaborated with two Grammy award winners, singer-songwriter Kali Uchis and director Jenn Nkiru, for a video campaign promoting its new Cristalino expression.
