The new Clean G Pink has been released to tap into the trend for pink bottlings. The sugar-free expression contains 13 calories per 50ml serving.

The no-ABV variant offers a dominant note of strawberry, alongside pink peppercorn and mixed red berries.

Clean Co founder Spencer Matthews said: “People have a real penchant for the sweeter taste of a pink gin, which is a joy to drink, as not only does it taste delicious, but it also looks great for social sipping.

“From regularly speaking to our loyal drinkers, we knew there was an appetite for a pink version of our best-selling classic, Clean G, and at Clean Co, we are always looking to give more people more choice when it comes to alcohol consumption. Which is why we delivered – devising the most satisfying non-alcoholic pink ‘gin’ available on the market.

“Our pink gin alternative has the perfect look and taste for guilt-free drinking, without the hassle of a hangover.”

Clean G Pink is described as perfect for garden parties, picnic hampers and barbecues.

The expression is recommended served over ice with tonic water, and garnished with a lemon wedge and fresh mint.

The Clean Co range includes the original Clean G, and rum and Tequila alternatives, alongside a rhubarb flavour and a spiced apple variant.

Clean G Pink is available to buy online from Clean Co for RRP £16 (US$22).

Founded in 2018, Clean Co initially gained £2.1 million (US$2.9m) before selling a single bottle, and raised an additional £7m (US$9.6m) shortly after. The company said it is valued at £35m (US$47.9m).
