Warner’s appoints Hi-Spirits as UK distributor
Gin producer Warner’s has agreed a UK distribution deal with Hi-Spirits to drive ‘strong brand growth’ in the on-trade.
UK-based Hi-Spirits will distribute Warner’s gin to independent pubs and bars in a bid to ‘maximise the potential’ of the brand in the on-trade.
Warner’s founder Tina Warner-Keogh said: “As a family owned and values-driven business, when we decided to seek a distribution partner to help us reach our targets in the independent on-trade sector it was critical that we found a partner where our values aligned.”
The English spirits producer claims to have launched the world’s first rhubarb gin, as well as offering a portfolio of expressions including Raspberry, London Dry and Honeybee.
Warner’s will continue to manage off-trade distribution, and maintain relationships with certain on-trade groups.
Warner-Keogh added: “This partnership is a huge opportunity for us to grow our distribution and brands quickly, going toe to toe with the big boys and having feet on the street to back it up, while focussing on our superpowers – creating epic farm-born gin.”
Hi-Spirits will also distribute the family firm’s non-alcoholic ‘spirits’ range, called 0% Botanic Garden Spirits, as well as its recently launched spiced botanical rum.
