This vibrant cocktail was created by the award-winning team at New York’s Dead Rabbit.

Ingredients

30ml Tullamore Dew 12 Year blended Irish whiskey

30ml Lillet Rosé

22ml Campari

15ml Combier Pamplemousse Rosé Liqueur

Method: In an ice-filled mixing glass, add all the ingredients and stir together until chilled and combined. Fine strain the cocktail into a Rocks glass with a large chunk of ice, and garnish with a spritz of grapefruit oils.
