Spirits-infused Burns Night recipes

Drinks retailer The Bottle Club has created a menu of spirits-infused recipes for drinkers to cook up at their Burns suppers this week.

Created as a way to use up leftover Christmas spirits, the selection of dishes includes a Sherry and Drambuie-infused trifle, Scotch whisky-flavoured chocolate haggis (pictured), rum-soaked hot cross buns and whisky-cured salmon.
