Flor de Caña to host digital sustainability talk

Flor de Caña will be joined by David Nguyen-Luu, manager of New York’s Manhattan Bar, and Gabriel Carlos, assistant bar manager at Manhattan Bar.
The online discussion, part of the rum brand’s Sustainable Talks series, will be hosted by Luis Baez, global brand ambassador for Flor de Caña.

Flor de Caña prides itself on its sustainability efforts and is a sustainably produced, Fair Trade-certified rum. Since 2005, the brand has planted 50,000 trees every year.
The rum is distilled using 100% renewable energy, a practice that has been in place for more than 10 years, and the distillery recycles all the carbon dioxide emissions created during the fermentation process.
