375 Park Avenue and International Beverage Holdings end deal

US importer 375 Park Avenue Spirits and International Beverage Holdings have mutually agreed to end their partnership in order to achieve their own growth targets in the States.

International Beverage Holdings’ portfolio includes Inver House Distillers, which has brands including Balblair Scotch whisky

The two companies first started working together in August 2015, not long after 375 Park Avenue Spirits joined Sazerac as an independent, yet fully integrated sales company.

The firms said they have achieved “many collective successes” over the past four years. However, they also noted that both companies “had continued to evolve” and after “careful consideration” they decided to end their partnership.

As a result, 375 Park Avenue Spirits will no longer represent International Beverage Holding’s portfolio, which includes its Inver House Distillers subsidiary that houses single malt whiskies Speyburn, Old Pulteney, Balblair and AnCnoc. The portfolio also includes Hankey Bannister blended Scotch, Caorunn Gin, Phraya Rum and Thai spirit Mekhong.

The end of the partnership is expected to be finalised by 1 June.
