Iona Stephen becomes Loch Lomond brand ambassador
Scotch whisky distiller Loch Lomond has appointed professional golfer Iona Stephen as a brand ambassador.
Iona Stephen has joined Loch Lomond Whiskies as its latest brand ambassador
Stephen will work alongside current brand ambassadors Colin Montgomerie, Cristie Kerr and Darren Clarke to promote Loch Lomond’s range of single malts worldwide.
“A Scotch single malt is my drink of choice, so naturally I am absolutely delighted to be working closely with the team at Loch Lomond Whiskies,” said Stephen.
“I am proud to be Scottish, a country renowned for both its unrivalled love of golf and fantastic whiskies, so this partnership is a natural fit for me. I look forward to telling the story behind the creation of such a unique range of single malt whiskies and their passion for the game of golf.”
Stephen sustained a wrist injury in 2018 and has since taken on a leading role in golf’s TV coverage, regularly appearing on Golfing World and Sky Sports Golf.

Within her new role as an ambassador for the brand, Stephen will host Q&As for Loch Lomond Whiskies at The 149th Open Championship at Royal St George’s in Kent, UK, in July 2020.
