Tullibardine bottles 51-year-old Scotch whisky

Highland Scotch whisky distillery Tullibardine has released 242 bottles of a limited edition 51-year-old single malt globally.

Only 242 bottles of Tullibardine 1964 have been released globally

Tullibardine 1964 is the fourth release under the brand’s Custodians Collection and was created using three specially selected casks.

The whisky is said to have aromas of leather armchairs, floral meadows, and summer fruits with cream. The palate is said to have flavours of chocolate-coated almonds and hints of fresh pineapple.

Purchasing a bottle of Tullibardine 1964 will give the buyer a life-long membership to the Tullibardine Custodians Club in recognition of their loyalty to the brand and support of its growth.

Keith Geddes, master blender at Tullibardine, said: “The Tullibardine 1964 adds to the exclusive Custodians Collection of limited and sought-after malts, which are amongst the finest in the world.

“The Tullibardine 1964 really is a work of art and its delicate yet distinctive flavours are certainly going to be something that people remember.

“It really captures the extraordinary work that goes into creating Tullibardine’s exclusive and limited edition whiskies, particularly our Custodians Collection, and we’re looking forward to celebrating this historic release with our customers.”
