Amber Beverage signs distribution deal in France
Luxembourg-headquartered company Amber Beverage Group has appointed Spirit France Diffusion as its exclusive distributor in France.
Amber Beverage Group will give particular focus to Moskovskaya Vodka in FranceThe partnership came into effect on 1 October 2019 with an aim to grow Amber Beverage Group’s presence in France, particularly for its Moskovskaya Vodka brand.
Spirit France will target “modern” retail outlets and the on-trade in France, while also creating on-trade activations to attract new customers to the Amber Beverage portfolio, which includes Rooster Rojo Tequila, Riga Black Balsam and Cross Keys Gin.
Walter Kooijman, managing director of EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) and global travel retail at Amber Beverage Group, said: “By joining Spirit France to our extensive list of experienced partners we can expect to continue the great growth for our brands in Europe.
“Spirit France has a proven record of building premium brands in France. This along with their strong operating standards give us a solid route to market to support our brands.”
In June this year, Amber Beverage Group purchased UK distributor Cellar Trends in its pursuit to become a “truly global” spirits group.
